- WATERPROOF TATTOO & SCAR COVER: Blend custom shades to conceal tattoos, scars, birthmarks, vitiligo, and other skin marks on the face and body. The alcohol-activated formula dries completely and will not transfer, smudge, or wash off with water or sweat — it stays put all day. For full-coverage concealing, layer colors and build opacity gradually for the most natural, seamless result.
- ALCOHOL-ACTIVATED FORMULA — HOW IT WORKS: Colors appear dry or cracked in the palette — this is normal. Add 2-3 drops of 99% isopropyl rubbing alcohol or NC Alcohol Palette Activator directly to each pan before use. Let the alcohol soak in for a few seconds, then apply with a brush or sponge. A little goes a long way — start thin and build. The bottom-row adjusters let you shift skin-tone colors warmer, cooler, or deeper as needed.
