Prime-Line's 5/16 inch x 3/4 inch .020 Roll Formed Screen Frame is crafted for sliding aluminum windows. It's manufactured with a slight camber to provide tension, preventing wrinkles in the screen fabric. This frame accommodates up to .185 vinyl spline and employs miter cut screen corners. Available in Almond, 146 inches long, and Mill Finish (raw aluminum), 72 inches long. The spline channel is 0.165 inches wide. Recommended splines are 0.185 serrated vinyl with Fiberglass or 0.165 with Aluminum Screen Mesh. Stamped aluminum miter cut corners are suggested, with square cut corners also available. Ideal for creating screens for sliding aluminum windows.
